Yes, SDR looks like gold will walk down further. But to get a better trend line, take the partial differential for the SDR equation. Use the change in a 5 day average for the currency component changes, and the spot currencies for the weightings component, and you'll beable to get a better prediction of the direction, and the strength. Then compare it to the US dollar index as well, using the same technique.

PS: If you want, I can recreate my data base later today, and show you. But the chart looks like a break down of 5 SDR/Oz lower
