Clinton's party has lost EVERY congressional election while he's been president. But the dems are buoyed by their pickup of a few seats last time. They lost, but it wasn't a total blowout, like the others. Hahahahaha!

only one problem in your analysis
You neglect the seasonal variations in election results. By all normal accounts the Republican's should have picked up seats in the House last election. The American Public was not nearly as ticked off then as it is now.
