New JMAR Corporate Profile

biz.yahoo.com

Like this, though it is not new to US:

Company description: JMAR Technologies Sets Quarterly Record With $23 Million in New Sales Orders

JMAR Technologies Inc. manufactures and markets precision measurement, process control and laser manufacturing systems, provides custom semiconductor
products for the microelectronics industry and is a leading developer of advanced lithography point sources for production of future higher performance
semiconductors.

JMAR has generated more than 100% annual profit growth on 32% average revenue growth since 1994 by designing and manufacturing precision equipment for the
semiconductor and computer disk drive markets. In 1997 JMAR reported $1.8 million in net profit on $21.5 million in sales. Since August 1998 JMAR has received
$23 million in new orders, of which $19 million is for its new high performance chip and lithography business, yet its stock appears to be valued largely on only its
historic precision measurement and positioning equipment for computer industry manufacturers such as IBM, Intel and Quantum.

This is expected to change shortly, because JMAR's three emerging and complementary commercial businesses, all with much larger potential markets than the
precision measurement business are beginning to contribute significant revenues and profits: (1) a fabless specialty semiconductor business which addresses a
substantial immediate and growing market; (2) advanced proprietary laser-based machining technology which addresses a $500 million market; and (3) a
breakthrough in chip manufacturing lithography which addresses a multi-billion dollar annual market.
