SNERD...How bout 5 steps? 1. One day a week wake up and go to the gym rather than the computer. 2. Give a dinner party without sneaking off to check your favorite SI thread. 3. Try not to get grumpy if you get an I.M. from a friend while glued to your favorite SI thread. (AOL users) 4. When you find yourself in the house, in the dark, all alone with your computer....see that as a bad sign. 5. When you see your job as an obstacle to your time trading but you are not making money trading THAT is a very BAD sign. O.K. that's the best I can do for now. Some are signs of a problem and some are solutions...any one else want to try. Cheers Melinda
