Dennis, he must be doing something right because people like you care enough to defend him. Ya, he has made some great calls, but lately in this tough market, things have gotten harder. I think he should advise newbies to stay out, or be especially discriminating. I think he is looking or hoping so much for winners that he is not being his normal discriminating self. I have not invested in any of the last 8-10 recs he's made and I am glad I did not. It's not him, everyone is having problems. The market sucks and when the majority of his picks come from "Worms" then I worry. I know it's a tough market because of the fact that Joe is having problems. I watched him go long CMGI and the net stocks only to see them drop 10-15% and then I saw him short CMGI only to see it go up 10-15 points. It's tough out there right now. Sometimes Daytraders and leaders of a pay service feel like they have to recommend SOMETHING. But sometimes you are better doing nothing.
