Are you suggesting that NetRadio is only worth $ 40-45. Based on the recent performance of spinoffs, it appears that they settle down around 2.2 times the Parent Company's Stock Price. I think the way to figure out NAVR price is to put a number that you would expect to get for NetRadio shares and then work backwards IMHO!!!!!!!
