Eric, Regarding the exponential curves and the vertical expectations, sometimes it becomes necessary to expand the breadth of the horizontal axis. 'Their [the BOCs] response to survive might be to leapfrog both cable and DSL with fiber. In many ways I hope T is not successful enough to scare the RBOC's out of their slumber.' You said a mouthful. You shouldn't have any doubts that this strategy is precisely the intent behind their proposed FSAN. And given sufficient incentive, by way of either expanded revenue appetite, or more likely fear, they've got the critical mass of motivation (and the capital) to do just that. Regards, Frank Coluccio
