but already there are excuses on this projected date, too. And why? Because they don't want anybody to know their worth when they make offers to companies they are interested in acquiring.

Please forgive me, I am as backward as JT. please, explain you're above statement. This is not a positive move they are making for the benefit of their shareholders?
