Michael, do you know what result is computed if c) is modified to 40% for 1-year, 35% for the 2nd-year, 28% for 3rd-year, 25% for the 4th year, 20% for 5th year, then 15% for 6th, and 10% for 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th year. This would be interesting to see.
