Now I know your followers are interested in some other contrarian and value plays, so my first suggestions are the Dosvedanya Bond Fund, a basket of Russian and Kazak debt offerings, which I assembled during my recent trip with Mark Mobius' second cousin once removed through discontinued nuclear facilities in Central Asia. Great potential! Secondly, I'd like to offer a little sleeper: Penguin Bay Mines. It's a small nickle and mica mining operation that trades on the Dawson Creek Exchange, but the company is planning a move to Vancouver as soon as the paper work is completed.
