SEATTLE (Dow Jones)--Go2Net Inc. (GNET) restated its first
quarter loss to 12 cents a share from 7 cents a share and restated
its revenue to $2.6 million from $3.2 million.
In a press release Tuesday, Go2Net said it restated the results
to adjust the way it recorded up-front fees collected from various
agreements.
The company will recognize the payments over the course of
1999, rather than in the first quarter.
