Bill look at the data I posted. You will clearly see that Dell shows the smallest fourth quarter growth sequentially of any of the three box makers.

Also, whenever a computer goes to a reseller (either a channel member or a retailer) it is considered a sale, same as if the computer goes to a retail customer. Compaq has been trying to decrease its reliance on the channel, but has not changed its accounting methods.
