Hope you get some good advice and if so pass it on. I used to be able to but now when I try to do the account update the screen does not have a spot for the pin number. I suspect that this may be a Quicken problem, as I have the same problem with Fidelity. Ameritrade does work.
This is a good feature if only it would work!

Jeff, be persistent. I will work occasionally. Maybe 1 out of 10 tries. However, don't expect it to download all your transactions. It missed a few for me.

Jeff,

I was able to use it about 1 month ago - same message coming up for me. Datek says they are working on the problem. You may want to email them and let them know - the more people complaining perhaps the quicker they fix it. It's been down at least 10 days now!

I've been attempting to use the Quicken download for about two months now... ever since they first put a teaser on the Datek login page. While I make a few attempts every day, I'm usually only successful about once per week. I went through a particularly bad spell recently where it took three weeks to get a good connect. I used to get a wide variety of error response codes, but for many weeks now the message is always the same... words to the affect that I've performed an invalid login. Also, as in one of the other responses to this post, I've had to manually enter a transaction which seemed to get lost. When I sent Datek an inquiry about my problems, they replied that I would just have to hit them when their file was available. The service will be nice if they ever get it working, but it's not yet ready for public consumption.

Keep trying and good luck!

Steve
