The COC tests are only for internal due dilly by MGAU management on the J/L process. It's MGAU management that is doing the COC to insure that the process works. Internal use only, internal use only, internal use only. Can you say that? Can't you figure out for yourself why multiple labs are being used with some labs not being able to have complete control?
