actually....the first version of IE....I put on...had all sorts of "advertising" ....and I promptly removed it....(not for that reason....actually...it kept hanging up my system)... Now...all sorts of computers are coming up with their version of a p"portal" to keep you in the fold....and get some ad $.. I am interested in the "CPQ threat...."...what were they going to do..not let them load the operating system..... ? if you have any more info on that.....I'd be interested in reading it...smile... Everyone is out there...trying to figure out...how to get ad revenues and sales...off anything leveragable.....nothing...would surprise me... but then again......I am a marketing/advertising person....smile...Mary
