I really like the concept of ASTN and can envision the possibilities down the road. But I have some questions I hope some one can help me with. Please keep in mind I'm not trying to be negative, just trying to find answers before I invest. I came across ASTN while screening stocks with low LT debts. On the recent form 10QSB, there is $37Mil of accumulated deficit. Is this NOL carry forward? Also it appears they have been accumulating large amounts of losses each quarter. How can they sustain these losses without an equal amount of financing? I see some issuance of preferred stock, but not $37Mil worth.
Again, I can see the growth of on line trading and the potential of ASTN in this field, and would appreciate any comments that might help me.
Thanks
Jim W
