Dakota: >>how do you establish a value for a stock like this? <<

You can't....just buy it and forget, or buy quality like T or WCOM!!!

But selling seems to have dried up a little...hoping the stock will stablize in here and start moving up. Very thin float...2.5M float.

Good luck,

FNS

<losses increase each year since inception> Dakota: I was not going to come back to this thread after my pre & post IPO warnings; but a friend showed me some recent posts he printed and asked my reply.

IMHO, you have hit exactly what the problem with this Co. is -- which is being, and will continue to be, reflected in the stock. This Co. has a proven performance, and it's not good; as opposed to other internet Co's. someone on this thread tried to compare it to ---> a major difference is that those Co's may not be profitable yet; but their losses are decreasing with each quarter, and their potential is great. A very big difference.

Don't all of you realize that the funding of the IPO fully reimbursed the venture capitalists, MSFT, AT&T Ventures, etc. and they are [or will soon be] gone? The Officers & Directors have made a fortune, which would be ok IF TUTS products and sales were showing improvement and significant potential in the future.

Perhaps we are wrong. For your sakes, I hope so.

Good luck to all of you.

CJ

p.s Dakota: In answer to your question, as of appx. 6 months ago, the value of this stock was +/- $5.80 pr. shr. Add whatever you think is best for the future potential.
