I was told by TN that there were only 9 branches(listed on TFF Links)

I really don't see a problem with "franchises" per se. Although it wouldn't surprise me to see TN cut them loose and do it themselves. With the current market premium given to online firms, TN insiders have yet to cash in on going public. I suspect it won't be far off.

There's no doubt the big national firms will finally figure out the value of the technology utilized by these day trading outfits. They will most likely swallow them up and integrate them into their own services.

And let's not forget E*trade lurking in the bushes. They may very well take an equity interest in TN and Townsend now that they have 25% in ARCA.

The letters I have sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the fraudulent application for the Archipelago ECN I have signed my name. For the record, I have never sent an anonymous letter to anyone in my life. Thank you for reminding me about the NASD. I will be forwarding them a letter discussing my conversations and correspondence with the SEC.
