Jerry your phrase “beaten down to a valuation which should be considered too low “ may be an understatement at best. They talk about that Morgan Stanley Report downgrading the stock from a buy to outperform, for what reasons and what is wrong with outperform? Morgan Stanley said it is undervalued and inexpensive at $17 then a must be a give away at 13 ½.. To me it would appear that they are talking out of both sides of their mouth at once.

And as I said before, so what about the news release of 2/4/99 “Preferred Capital Markets, Inc, a brokerage firm servicing both institutional and individual investors with a focus in technology, telecommunications and medical technology today reiterates NeoMagic (Nasdaq: NMGC - News) with a Strong Buy rating and a 12-month price target of $30” biz.yahoo.com. Preferred Capital is no pansy: they in fact “provide proprietary research and trade execution services on an agency and principle basis for the securities and options markets. Clients include institutional investors, money managers, floor traders, and high net worth individuals. For the fourth consecutive year, Preferred Capital Markets was named to Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing private companies in America. Founded in 1982, Preferred Capital Markets is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Miami.” Which of the two here are correct, needless to say I choose Preferred.

Also something I mentioned in my other post, the information found at this link: biz.yahoo.com Which still shows NMGC near a high buy.

Jerry common sense seems to have been thrown out the window here. I have always thought that most investors would love to own a undervalued stock and that is just what NMGC is badly undervalued. It is almost like NMGC is in the twilight zone at the moment.

Thanks Jerry for sharing your additional insights and information. I will continue to look for and buy such undervalued stocks. You see over the years I have made huge profits from situations such as this. So you and I can take our profits from NMGC just like we will with HS when that time comes and say “I told myself so”.

Have a good trading week my friend.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

Hi Jerry and I think I have a stock for those people who don't like a stock that is selling for a 11 or 12 P/E. That stock is ADRX

Recent Price: $56.00
Earnings P/S: $0.07
P/E=800

Now if NMGC were selling for that P/E it would = $936.00 a share. Now that is more like it.
