people would be crazy to short Winspear.

In the National Post on saturday February 13, 1999, WSP short position was about 56,000 shares, down 1,000 from the previous week. Paquet must of covered his position. Look for him to turn bullish soon.

Don't listen to me though. I'm jsut a novice investor.
