USSP update. I mentioned about a week ago, that I had sent for information from the company. Well, I didn't get a prospectus, but I did receive a 3 sheet investor Information, well, I can't really call it a packed. It is two sheets of plain paper with 3 sides printed on.

The information contained in the Investor information, is pretty much what is available on-line.

They list:
11,996,600 shares outstanding
Equitrade Securities, Inc. is the Market Maker
Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer is the transfer agent

I also received a photo-copy of the Market Pulse Journal for Fall 1998 which profiles USSP. Reads well. I checked Market Pulse at their web site and they did give up some shares (20K restricted) and maybe some more (wasn't clear due to punctuation, for their services.

EDIT: Remember that when the article came out, USSP was trading at or around $0.30 per share.

The MPJ article emphasizes the Amateur Sports Network, usasportsnet.com, an on-line web space which is very supportive of all amateur sports up through high school. They will allow reporting of local sporting events, scores and even fundraising activities for local community recreation departments, schools and youth leagues to be posted to the site. It is password controlled. There is more but I am not going to reprint the whole thing. See the web site for more information. Also, let your communities know about this valuable resource. It is mutually beneficial.

In addition I received a full color brochure on their Viper M1 Semi-Automatic Paint ball Marker and it's accessories, complete with pricing information. This is sweet, because I am seriously thinking of buying one or maybe two. Very professionally done. The type a dealer may wish to supply to prospective buyers.

Well, that's all for my update. I'm long, as I have stated before at very near the prices last traded.

Oh, yeah, There are a total of 6 web sites associated here:
In addition to the above, there are:
ussp-stock.com stock investor information
ecomecom.com home of their Trading Club concept
usas.com generic company home site
usapaintball.com My personal fave, points via a link to http://usas/viper which has the Viper stats, etc.
800paintball.com I was not able to connect. May not be
active yet

Good trading! jimS

DWEB - "betcha 5:1 it pulls a USAT"...hope so, that one went from $3 to 0ver $50 in a few weeks...I'll never make it to $50...but I'll hang for a double...

Most of these OTC's are very risky...but, 'strike while the iron's hot'!:)

USAT was supposedly trading around $5 on Friday (level II)...after the 4/1 split...it was a clear short at $50...

Wayne - DWEB vs USAT

Although DWEB IR's participation in SI carries a self imposed, strict
prohibition on hyping and self serving promotion, it does permit a
vigorous rebuttal against a defamatory comparison with a financial
debacle such as USAT.

Some objective facts:
DWEB @ $8/share USAT @ $52/share
Market Cap. $18M $3.8B
Latest Quarterly Revenue $540K $0.0K
Annual Growth Rate 223% 0%
Major Account Technology
Proof of concept RAD, GTE, LIN none known
Independent DD Raymond James & Ass. UCSD Connect
Gartner Group
Robinson - Humphrey
US Patent Office
Unconventional
stock splits none forward 4:1

DWEB IR's intention here is not to disparage USAT, who we do not know.
It is, however, to discourage, in the strongest possible terms, any
comparison between the circumstances surrounding DWEB and USAT or
any other APPARENT manipulation scheme.

Please excuse the tirade, but we try hard to play it straight here,
and we're especially sensitive to the associations people draw on our
behalf.

PS. We would welcome your disclosing of the set of facts that you
utilized to draw your conclusion vis-a-vis DWEB and USAT.
