Novice, If history is any predictor, if a company has a class action shareholder suit started and pursued they frequently have seen the forever highs and are on a death spiral. Cray Computer comes to mind, offhand. They didn't exactly die, but you might get an argument from old shareholders. -g-

Novice,

I don't think M. Dell ever guaranteed the Dellheads stock price nirvana. I believe he's every bit as bright as they claim on their cult thread and that's why he sold those shares. If any of them are stupid enough to file a "class action" and I believe they are, it's a slam dunk win for him.
