I guess that explains all the articles about how the Constitution faired well in all of this. The world now understand better our system of checks and balances. Funny; everything seems to be still working ok after all of this. We don't have a police state, we have freedom of speech and the press, we don't have a dictatorship. We have religious freedom. Partisan politics couldn't fell a President. All the things the Founding Fathers were concerned about are still ok.
