The marketing would be so much more effective if they could make a special claim for the product, that it protects your teeth better than other fluoride toothpastes. If Fox had postponed the product introduction until he had the regulatory approval to make that claim, then we would be hearing an entirely different story.

Somebody mentioned that some investors expect a buyout. I expect one too, but not until either the co. goes belly up (Fox will have to sell cheap, then), or they get regulatory approval to make broader claims of product efficacy. There's going to be a lot of cash burnt between now and then.
