PHG - huh? "I see the IRIS as no more than a novelty." Interactive Reservation Internet System - does that sound like a novelty? Question: How many people who use the telephone even care one iota of how it works? Or better yet, do you really know how airplanes fly or do you even care? jeeesssshhhhhhh C'mon PHG, why even bother? I too am content on letting people think what they will, however that does not lead me to believe that most people don't see things for what they really are. P.S. - your grammer leaves much to be desired.
