Andy and ALL,
I don't anticipate the new site being up for another week or two... so don't be disappointed. Everything appears to be right on schedule.
Interestingly, while listening to the radio in the car today I heard a fascinating review of what makes a great successful company. Three items:
(1) A "maestro" or great "dealmaker" at the helm... someone to conduct the orchestra. I sincerely believe we have that in Rob Gordon and I've said it many times in the past. Last week someone on Wall Street who is heavily invested in TSIG for the long-term (i.e.: years) told me directly that his investment in TSIG was based solely on Rob Gordon. Having spoken with this individual for many hours, I feel quite comfortable with my position. Besides, IMO, Mr. Gordon has already proven his ability as a leader and "dealmaker" since he took over the reins of TSIG. The important factor is that the "maestro" must have a "dream" and a gameplan to execute it and with Rob Gordon I believe that is a given. It appears as if TSIG is going to be divided into three (3) separate main divisions: (1) Internet (2) Products and Services and (3) Teleservices.
(2) A top caliber management team who have the same "dream" as the "maestro" and the ability and experience to accomplish it. James Guild, as President, was our first. Now, looking at the PRs, we have filled the management slots for (2) Products and Services and (3) Teleservices. Only the Internet division remains unfilled... for now. Cohesive is doing the new website, but perhaps it would be more accurate to say that John Hwang and his programmers are the power and workhorses in this instance. From TSIG's perspective, John Hwang IS Cohesive. Interestingly, as we all know, John Hwang joined TSIG's Board of Directors a short time ago. For those who don't know the history behind John Hwang and his earlier company which Cohesive bought out, I suggest you go to the following Cohesive release and do some DD on John's background as well:
cohesive.com
Note in particular the following: '"Cohesive's reputation, expertise and total professionalism matches I.Consulting's business philosophy and technology services extremely well," said I.Consulting Managing Partner John Hwang. "As part of a large national organization, we will be able to add even more value to our existing clients and serve a broader range of clients."
Founded in 1995, I.Consulting is a leading information technology provider, specializing in intelligent solutions that empower businesses. Professional services include project management, custom Web development, system integration and database design. Often leveraging the power of intranets and extranets, I.Consulting delivers time-to-market solutions that facilitate customer service, technical support and online commerce. Clients make up a "Who's Who" of high-tech industry leaders, including Microsoft, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Autodesk, Informix, Netscape and CellNet Data Systems."' Note in particular: '"Cohesive's reputation, expertise and total professionalism matches I.Consulting's business philosophy and technology services extremely well," said I.Consulting Managing Partner John Hwang. "As part of a large national organization, we will be able to add even more value to our existing clients and serve a broader range of clients."'. And this leads to the final ingredient in the recipe for success.
(3) A synergistic relationship between the "maestro" and management... all with the same "dream" and the ability to work together to achieve it. Plus, of course, the ability to motivate everyone surrounding them.
IMHO, TSIG is fulfilling all three (3) criteria for success and in a rapid fashion and, again IMO, the rewards for those willing to stay the course will be huge. We have the "maestro", the upper management team is almost complete, and for any of those who have spoken with company employees and upper management it is quite obvious, at least to me, that the synergism and motivation is there. IMO, we will start seeing more and more PRs coming from the Company. Don't ask for a time frame because I don't know and, if your are truly long-term, you shouldn't care. For those who choose to trade TSIG or view the Company as a momentum play, may I humbly suggest you never look back. For those who have done their DD and watched the development of TSIG over the past few months... from the top caliber management people coming on board to the "deals" completed and in the works (as many of you know as your e-mails to me with names and contacts are being forwarded to Rob Gordon daily and being pursued)... sit back and enjoy the ride. Perhaps, and this is just my personal philosophy, put your stock away and stop watching every tick. As hard as it may be, just check it every few months and let the baby become the "King Kong" I sincerely believe it will become.
Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!
Best always,
