Ed, I agree any serious action against MSFT is a remote possibility. Even the judge won't have the guts to impose serious remedies assuming MSFT loses. Will drag on for years and be reversed by the first appeals level. Only reasonable remedies will hold up. The politicians will start putting pressure on the DOJ (since they are being consulted) to ensure shareholders don't lose out in such remedies. I feel it is only a win win situation if you ignore short term selloffs from now til the decision from the judge.

REMEMBER--Microsoft is number one in the S and P.---The benchmark for the ever increasing index funds. I don't need to say more about this point.
