that he can't legally sell much faster abyway.

Tom, why would that be the case? MD gets stock option grants regularly that have selling restrictions, but the vast, vast majority of his stock is founders stock. What restrictions on this could possibly still exist?

First of all, 13 million is wrong.

Tom, please tell me why instead of just stating something with no back up, or else call it your opinion.

. Secondly, 10% and 15% are both significant figures.

Well I guess this is a matter of perspective. If I sold 15% of my holding, you wouldn't think its thats much. If he sold 50%, I might become concerned.

He is dumping as fast as possible. Do you enjoy being the proverbial greater fool?

Am I a fool because I question some questionable bear food thrown into a feeding frenzy? Or is it something else? Please enlighten me.

Gary

I am already amazed by the lack of elementary-level math training of some Dell heads, so I won't say any more here. But in case some dell heads still got the problem with this 31.3543 million shares M. Dell already sold, then my suggestion is to go back to school and get a real high-school diploma equivelent certificate.
