I'm in the process of migrating to Cyber.
A couple of open questions to the veterans on the thread:

1. Is a 256K cable modem connect OK for everyday use, or is the reliability of the VPN via frame relay worth the extra cost ?

2. During net outages can you execute trades via phone ?

3. Any problem getting short shares in fast-moving issues ?
