Good Morning Dalin, In a stunning surprise overnight Japan reversed its policy on Interest rates and the world markets are celebrating. The S+P futures are on a tear and if nothing spooks us today by the way of some mischevious comments about techs or Dell we should have a great session Dell, Intel and AOL looking good so far in Europe. Microsoft little weak Best Wishes to all Dell shareholders. This is the day that will change the course of direction for the techs and the stock market. Frank
