Yes Steve, the reverse is often quite accurate...looking at the sector and the NYSEBP...the higher the reversal the better...breaking RS from X's to O's and a reversal down in the sector is good...

ie if the sector is 70ish or there abouts and reverses down...very good...50ish and reversing down ,ok but we want a negative trend and RS...

DB's then TB's and then QB's "quad bottoms"...double , triple and Quad in that order...breaking these bottoms...is good for shorting...
