I could say the same/worse about British Telecom, E*Trade, United Airlines, travel agents, past employers, discount long distance sevice providers in the U.K., ........... Point? They make mistakes, some are big ones. Your experience is not unique and does not mark IDTC as a scam.

Unfortunately, that's life.
