filter all above and I get this:

1) way too many dell bulls who can't hear anything
negative about their darling this is a MINUS

2) several analysts voicing negative opions about dell
right before the earnings NOT A PLUS

3) strange stock behaviour of late MINUS

4) big run=up of recent sessions with interest rates
rising MINUS

5) weak tech period MINUS

conclusion:

DELL is a great company but won't have a blowout qtr
(i.e) 0.35 and above, I think they will do 0.32 with
5.4 max revs and stock along with other techs will go
down sharply after the announcement, the funny thing is
that the techs will rally in the a.m tuesday and then
sell-off.

If the market was not 30% higher since its oct 8
bottom and the interest rates were not rising then we
would probably see a sharp rally in the techs on anything
above 0.31, I think there will a lot of people taking the
money off the table.

Look at MSFT reaction to blowout numbers, a rally followed by selling, however this time they won't wait.

I also think that Dell will be 200% by next year this
time, after it recovers from a bad patch but I DO NOT
SEE IT ABOVE 100 for a few weeks.

last but not least the chart looks UGLY with no support
until 80.
