9 3/4; that would be a real disaster; do you really see that coming; it's hard to believe.

Neal: I hope that you are right about the high 20s after the announcement. That would have been a lock if NetRadio had filed ten days ago. I would guess that the "pop" will be 7 to 10 points from wherever the stock is trading when they file, though I hope that I am being overly conservative. I would certainly welcome a "I told you so" if I am wrong.

I stand by my comments about the NAVR accounting department. Rocket scientists need not apply. Three amendments seem to be the norm for an IPO. God bless those SEC comments.

The wait is probably making me a bit irritable.

Neal,
You are right on the money....NAVR will scoot up into the high 20s easily upon announcement of the filing...that will become the base for a spectacular climb between now and the actual IPO...I think you are being conservative regarding the 30s...look for the 40s, at least...This is a much better IPO than DBCC!!!

<<DBCC also had "credibility" problems>>

How true it is. There were plenty of people
slamming DBCC, saying the company was worthless
and it would be back down to single digits in
no time. I bought that at 14 and sold for over
100% gain. IMO, DBCC didn't have nearly the
following NAVR has. What's DBCC at right
now, in the 30's? All of this bodes very well
of NAVR.

NASDAQ getting hammered

My delay shows NASDAQ up 25 points, realtime
shows it down almost 60. Did Nasdaq just shed
80 points in 20 minutes?
