Can't help but lend my own predictions to the DELL cause.

Earnings .34 -.35 However .33 -.34 would be fantastic by itself.

Revenue on target

Split will not be announced tomorrow but perhaps as early as March 1

DELL is one of the best run companies in America

Dear Uncle,

When those three things occur, you will have to have someone drive you home.

Uncle,

Great post! I didn't catch MD's usual warning one month before earnings. You know the one... where he says lots of good stuff about the biz, daily inet orders doubling, etc. The warning of course, being not to sell your stock;-) Without the warning, I have been a bit nervous and Thursday's anal-yst comments pushed me over the edge. If MD actually said "Dell is on a tear", and it was in the right context (then again, what bad context could those words be used in?), then it sure sounds like the warning I was looking for. Way late, but nonetheless, what I wanted to hear!
