Iceberg, I agree. E-trade has had continual problems over the last months and years. Yet they get away with saying this is the first time they had a problem. Our magazine, newspaper, TV reporters are afraid to speak up and ask the tough questions. Why won't they push one of these executives to explain why something is always broke at the e-trade site. This last three day crash was just worse than most of the problems.
