A reduction was my first thought, but I could not find that the specific block indicating a reduction was checked. I thought that perhaps since the filer was an investment advisor and it was the clients that owned the stock that perhaps different rules applied. I se from the prior post that others have a better handle on the institutional ownership and urge them to post when something new occurs.
