However. sometime ago they offered to send back 3,182,000 shares against 4,480,000 owed. It appears that Andy Mann or one of his companies sold the difference.

Oh yeah: here's a little test: explain to me why this statement makes absolutely no sense. As I point out later in the conversation, Quiel's way too used to dealing with the likes of Gary Dobry. Normal people don't buy into stuff like this for a minute.
