and the company certainly has no obligation to issue 224k of free trading shares. To date, it'd seem the judge in the NexTech case disagrees with your point of view. But I'm sure you're a far more qualified jurist than he, right? Hearing tomorrow. Telephone thing, as I understand it, so we won't have a watcher present. Results when available.
