Greetings and Salutations Dave,

Feeling much better ... finished PT and have started two week or so 'work hardening' program so I can get back on the rails ... didn't make it to LVS (flew up to Dallas and had very strong pain in right ear on TO and Lndg, so went to Doc (again) and got some stuff for the ears.)

Oh, yes ... teething time ... another reason to consider adopting kids instead of hatching them, and then not having to take possession until they are out of college - haha.

Daffynitions:

Kids - God's punishment for our enjoying sex.
Grandkids - Gods reward for raising kids.

Don't know about the ever changing counsel for Wellrich ... however, it could have an innocent explanation, so I don't worry about that too much. I would think that Wellrich might be more concerned with the potential liabilities they have accrued in past couple of months, but if they have indeed been shut down, then it's all moot.

DS, re WellRich's three attorneys, as I recall, Bua is the SEC expert who does their contract law, Sayer is their "regular" lawyer who assists them in litigation matters, and Garfinkle was only hired to get the Motion to Compel granted since he's licensed to practice in Nevada. Sorry, no revolving door here.
