AZNT did indeed cancel Mann's stock when it was entered into default with the execution of the judgement. The stock WILL be removed from the system, "returned". It was you Janice, that said THERE MUST BE A TRIAL. What are your feelings about a trial NOW!!! The stock in question is not in AZNT's possession. Therefore it cannot be cancelled. Mikey can, of course, SAY whatever he likes: and he's been saying it's been cancelled for more than six months. But wishing don't make it true. A trial? I think a great deal of very interesting information would come to light at a trial. I look forward to it.
