Curtis, you use words like 'shaft' 'cheated' to describe pennies and your concerns which were immediately satisfied. I've had yearly contracts which weren't honored properly with other phone companies, double billings from fuel oil delivery, lemons sitting in the driveway until a tow truck arrived. Get real, you sound like a ninny pooh complaining about the temperature of soup.

Curtis, I have been following this company for years. You're is the very first time I have even heard anyone with this complaint. Considering that admittedly it was solved instantly by the company, I just think your actions in posting this incident everywhere as a "warning" was unfair at best. An appropriate post may have simply been a question to others if there had ever been other complaints such as this. Then further follow up if necessary. Anyway, I'm glad your complaint was resolved and sorry trhat that seemed to upset you more.
