I think it is a chance for insiders to recoup their losses since most bought at higher prices. You figure that they have a couple of years to get this stock to .50 cents and all the directors and insiders are then in the black again. I guess we could buy at these prices and hopefully it will go higher but these guys can buy at .25 till october 2000 [year and a half]. Cannot figure out if they still have 8 million or so in bank why dilute the shares another 5 million . I guess family takes care of family first. Time that the Rozier family get off their butts and start producing [essex and cvl]. I say instead of waiting for better times [their reason for not drilling much], give the shareholder a bang for their dollar and start drilling and let results talk for themselves. If they produce the stock will dictate it in my opinion instead of monies staying idle at the "Bank of Rozier".
