Does anyone have any idea why all the selling this morning? Lots of 15k blocks... coming like machine gun fire.... any news out there? Any rumors of news?

Once converted I don't think there is any restriction on sale..but I would have to go back to the filing to check. As for selling at $5, I don't think the convertible holders are selling at $5...I think they are shorting the stock to $5...Once they convert (not sell)...they will cover their short position helping drive the price back up. Then when the stock gets to their target sell price they will probably sell the converted shares.
