*OneTel* Actually, I suspect on reflection that OneTel might be renting space on an analogue network - I just assumed it would be GSM but might not be. The new network is what matters and that will be cdmaOne. If the existing network is analogue, it would be better for OneTel because they will be able to migrate their subscribers to the new system much more easily than if they are GSM subscribers.

This is second hand information which wasn't that robust, so corrections appreciated.
