DownSouth, Your comments to Mr. Piccoli are well put. Also, thanks for the insight regarding jachs & CSCO. When I posted that article, I didn't give any consideration to who posted, just the message that I think the article offers. Granted, this is just one piece of the pie, but coupled with several others-- highlighted as early as this morning from victor's reiteration of EP's comments (the same message that he has been emphasizing for at least 6 months, or more)--that CPQ is becoming, and intends to be the dominant player, not only for total solutions enterprise computing, BUT ALSO in building and actively using the internet for ALL of its advantages in e-commerce, communications, etc. For future growth, I believe this is powerful and will prove to be much more aggressive and successful over a 2-10 year horizon, as opposed to those that remain as "elitist boxmakers."
