I guess the thing are irritated me was the fact that I didn't get an apology and I didn't get any reassurance that this would not happen again. All I got was, "I don't know why you were charged 78 cents for a one minute call when you should have been charged only 8 cents." That suggests to me that, this will continue to happen.

I don't get a bill from IDT. I have their prepaid calling card deal. Everytime my time gets low, I call in and they recharge it. BTW, I don't have puts on the stock either. My complaint is that I always knew my time seemed to be slipping away, but never caught it. My thinking was always, "I thought I had more time than that." Maybe my warning was a little strong, but if they cheat everyone out of time like that, this company will make a lot of money. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone else use their Net2Phone calling card service here?
