The Singapore market is small and PCNTF plans to expand into HUGE markets to offset any pricing pressure in Singapore...you should read the story on Bloomberg where PCNTF's CEO is interviewed....he addresses this.

There are always risks.

Remember when people feared AOL would be crushed by Microsoft's MSN?

Or (a better analogy) when AOL first moved to flat rate unlimited access for $19.95/month to match competitors?

The real story here is quite simple, and the same as AOL's: building brand.

If they can execute as planned and build and leverage the brand, the stock will go much, much higher from here.

They also plan to exploit the portal site business which has certainly captured the imagination of Wall St., a la Yahoo, etc.
These portal site companies charge nothing to subscribers, only advertisers. I guess! I have never figured out for sure where the revenues for portal sites come from.
