Smacs, If memory serves me correctly, which it does on every other week, I recall a release stating that the water plant would not be opening until sometime in March. That being the case, not only is it factual that it is open, but that it has opened ahead of schedule! Regards, CD

Smacs, Just to follow up, as promised, I added your friend's thoughts to my write-up of GMCH (and I feel that I treated them with the respect that they very genuinely deserve). I left in the now-refuted wisecrack, "Hey...I thought the Chinese....", because your friends comments would have been less meaningful without it. You mentioned the water bottling plant.
