NetVoice Expands Voice Over Internet Telephone Capacity

February 17, 1999

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)NetVoice Technologies Corp.
(OTC BB:NTVT) Tuesday announced that it
has completed its first installation of
wholesale carrier service in Florida.

This latest installation of Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) service expands the NetVoice
active carrier service to five states: Texas,
Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana and Colorado.
The Florida service was installed for one of
the leading carriers in the southwest, who
upon experiencing the carrier grade quality of
the NetVoice network has indicated its desire
to expand into numerous additional cities
covering at least eight additional states. The
expansion into these additional cities will
commence within weeks and continue into
the second and third quarters.

In addition, NetVoice has now established
arrangements to terminate its VoIP traffic to
cities throughout Mexico. According to Bill
Yotty, NetVoice chief executive officer, "We
anticipate being one of the first companies
to offer VoIP services into Mexico. We have
been working on this project for months and
are glad to see it come to fruition. We
expect to transport millions of minutes of
traffic per month via our VoIP network
between our Texas locations and Mexico."
NetVoice's VoIP service into Mexico is
expected to commence this month. Yotty is
being interviewed Feb. 17, 1999 on KWHY,
Channel 22, "Business News" in Los Angeles
at 2 p.m.

NetVoice, with headquarters in Dallas, owns
and operates telecommunication facilities and
networks and is a leader in Internet
Telephony. NetVoice plans to continue to
build out its own IP telephony network
throughout the United States and in selected
foreign cities. Capitalizing on its strategic
partnership with Inter-Tel (NASDAQ:INTL),
and as a reseller of Inter-Tel.net IP
telephony packet switched long distance
service, NetVoice currently offers IP
Telephony service throughout much of the
United States.

With these additions, the NetVoice Network
will handle over 10 million wholesale minutes
in February 1999, and is projecting over 100
million wholesale minutes per month by year
end 1999.

Corp. signs OEM agreement with Net2Phone.
Consumers now will be able to download
Net2Phone through Lexicon's website into
their PC and MacIntosh when purchasing
Lexicon's 'telephone and computer headsets.'

This agreement between Lexicon and
Net2Phone will offer cost-effective solutions
by taking advantage in local telephone rates;
calling long distance using the internet; and
at the same time increasing productivity in
the workplace by 30% using one of three
hands-free products by Lexicon.

Lexicon Systems has introduced three new
computer & telephony products for all
conventional & traditional telephone systems
and for personal computers. First, the
LS2002, a basic telephone interface headset.
Second, the LS2000, a deluxe interface
headset that connects to your telephone &
computer. And finally, the LS2100 is the
professional interface that will incorporate
the telephone & the computer with advance
features.

These new hands-free products will provide
increased productivity and decreased muscle
fatigue in the telemarketing industry and
